Everything we do is built around one promise: you'll know the price before we start. We diagnose, write one number down, and put the failed part on the bench where you can see it. Say yes, say no, or ask what we'd do in our own house - the answer is free either way.
And if the fix can wait until Tuesday, we'll say so. Some furnaces have two more winters in them; telling you that costs us a sale and earns us a neighbor.
